Black Glutinous Rice Ball Black Sesame Sauce

Black rice and black sesame are two types of food that has been celebrated for hundreds of years in China. This food is nutritionally superior and processed into snacks as well as soft, tasty and fragrant!

Ingredients:
Make Ketan Ball:
75 grams of black rice flour, ready to buy
2 tablespoons of white glutinous rice flour
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon vanilla
  sufficient water

Stuffing materials, stirred together:
75 grams of peanuts fried / roasted, mashed
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon water

Make Sesame Sauce, boiled together until thick:
1 tablespoon black sesame puree
1 tablespoon flour miazena
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons of full cream milk, dissolved in 250 ml water
¼ teaspoon vanilla powder

How to prepare:

1. Stir together salt glutinous rice flour, vanilla and enough water until smooth and dipulung.
2. Take 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten. Fill the dough with a bit of content. Round back.
3. Boil the balls of dough in boiling water until the float. Remove and drain.
4. Serve with Sesame Sauce.


Tips:
- When making black rice flour batter, adjust the amount of water to condition flour. If it feels a little harder you can add a little water until the dough feels soft in the hand.
