Cah Shrimp Tofu

Tofu, shrimp plus peas in cah?

Ingredients:
1 sheet of bean curd, soaked and cut into pieces
500 grams of tofu, 2 cm cubes and fry half-baked
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 cm ginger, crushed
100 grams of peeled shrimp
100 grams of peas
250 ml fish stock
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons of cooking oil

How to prepare:

1. Saute onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
2. Add shrimp, stirring until it changes color.
3. Add the tofu and bean curd. Stir briefly.
4. Enter the soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
5. Pour in broth and bring to a boil.
6. Enter the peas, stir briefly and remove from heat.


Tips:
The peas should be added last so that the colors remain fresh greens.
